When do my payments begin?

All rental payments are due each month following the date of delivery.

Can I purchase the storage building after I have entered a Rental Purchase Agreement?

You can pay off your rent-to-own contract at any time with no penalties. Hometown Rent To Own provides a discount on your contract balance based on the number of payments you have made. Please refer to your Rental Purchase Agreement for details.

Do l have to wait for approval to participate?

No. We give instant approval with completion of all rental information.

What are my options for making my monthly payment?

Automatic Draft - pay with your credit /debit card or bank account automatically each month.

Mail - mail a check or money order.

Phone - pay over the phone with a credit or debit card

Do you report to credit agencies?

We do not report to credit agencies and credit reports are not requested or reviewed to determine eligibility.

Can I return my storage building?

A rent-to-own contract is a month to month Rental Purchase Agreement. Just call us and we will schedule a convenient time to retrieve the storage building.

What is my interest rate?

This is not a loan. This is a rent-to-own contract with the option to return the unit at anytime or fulfill the contract and obtain ownership of the unit.
